Experience:
Dev Modi was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 2000 and the New York bar in 2003. From November 2000 to September 2003, Dev served as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey, Department of Law and Public Safety, Division of Law. He was assigned to represent the New Jersey Bureau of Securities where he had previously worked as an Investigator/Regulatory Officer. Dev has been appointed to the County College of Morris Board of Trustees by the County Commissioners (2021-2025). He served on the Harding Township Committee (2015-2020). He was President of the Harding Township Board of Education and Co-Chair of the Harding Township Historic Preservation Commission. He was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to be the Chair of the New Jersey District XA Ethics Committee (2012-2013). Dev is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Morris County Bar Association and Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association. He has presented on How to Choose A Financial Advisor at a variety of organizations.

Eliana was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 2000 and the New York bar in 2003. Prior to the establishment of the firm, she practiced as an associate at Lyon & Glassman, P.C., where she worked as a paralegal for 5 years before her admission to the bar.

REXFORD L. LYON

Experience:
Rex was admitted to the bar in 1967. After his admission, Rex practiced as an associate with the firm of Stryker, Tams and Dill. He went on to establish Sobel & Lyon, P.C. where he practiced for 21 years before establishing the firm of Lyon & Glassman, P.C. in 1993. Rex brings over 35 years of experience to the firm and its clients.

Max Glassman (1923-2015)

Experience:
Max was admitted to the bar in 1949. He taught as a Co-Adjunct Professor at Rutgers Graduate School of Business from 1969-1975 and at Upsala College in the Evening Labor Program from 1967-1970. He served as an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. Max is a Member of the Air Force Judge Advocate’s Association and Reserve Officers Association. [U.S. Army Air Corps 1942-1945 Ret. Rank. Lt. Col., JAGD, U.S. Air Force Reserve 1945-1971]. Before joining the firm, he was associated with the firm of Lyon & Glassman, P.C. since it was established in 1993. Max brought over 50 years of experience to the firm and its clients.
