Graduate Students at Parsons, New School University Hear Talk on JOBS Act
Attorney Dev Modi notes several of the most common “red flags”
A group of graduate students at Parsons, New School University recently gathered in New York City to hear Devanshu Modi, attorney and member and co-founder of the NJ-based law firm, Lyon, Glassman, Leites & Modi (LGLM), speak on the JOBS Act.
“The JOBS Act has changed the way small companies can access the capital markets,” says Modi. “It is important for investors to understand the investments they are considering and the associated risks.”
Modi’s primary focus is representing those who have sustained financial harm via negligent investment practices; other areas of practice include business law, estate planning, and real estate.
