Defense in Attorney Ethics Matters
Dev Modi was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to be the Chair of the New Jersey District XA Ethics Committee (2012-2103) after having served as a Member and Vice Chair of the Committee. During his eight years on the Committee, he gained extensive experience investigating and supervising ethics grievances and serving on hearing panels.
